Inspections
We believe that roof inspections are essential to achieve the goal of a properly installed roof
Inspections are available for both new construction and existing roofs
On-Site Inspections

Inspections include on-site project drawing review with the installer and hands-on inspection of the eave, rake, ridge, hip, and valley conditions. The clip attachment and panel seaming operations are also discussed and inspected, as well as giving special attention to all roof curbs and pipe penetrations.

All deficiencies are documented with photographs and included in an inspection report along with the corrective actions.

It is recommended that on new construction a start-up, mid-point, and final inspection be performed to ensure proper roof installation. Due to the small size of some projects, a start-up and final inspection may be all that is needed. Existing roofs generally need just one inspection.
